1. Overview

One-ERP Systems provides users with clear mechanisms to request deletion of personal and business data collected through its platforms and integrations.

2. Data Eligible for Deletion

Upon verified request, we will delete:

  • User account information

  • Social media account data and integration records

  • Messages, posts, and engagement data

  • Documents, files, and metadata associated with ONLYOFFICE

  • Configuration and usage data

Some data may be retained where legally required.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include:

  • Full name

  • Account email

  • Connected platform(s)

Option 2: App & Integration Removal

  • Disconnect integrated social media accounts

  • Remove One-ERP Systems apps from platform settings

  • Close your One-ERP Systems account

4. Processing Timeline

  • Requests are processed within 30 days

  • Identity verification may be required

  • Backups are purged according to retention schedules
