By accessing or using One-ERP Systems’ services, platforms, websites, applications, or integrations, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
One-ERP Systems provides:

ERP implementation and support (Odoo ERP)

Omnichannel communication solutions (HoduCC by Hodusoft)

Bulk SMS services (Infinity SMS)
-
VoIP and telephony systems (VitalPBX)
-
Email productivity solutions (eM Client)
-
Office productivity and document collaboration software licensing (ONLYOFFICE)
-
Social media publishing, scheduling, and engagement management via self-hosted platforms such as Postiz
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information

Own or be authorized to manage connected accounts

Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

Not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse services or APIs
4. Social Media Integrations
By connecting social media accounts:

You authorize One-ERP Systems to perform actions you configure

You acknowledge platform availability depends on third-party APIs

You accept that platform policies apply in addition to these Terms
5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data and content
-
One-ERP Systems acts solely as a data processor

For ONLYOFFICE and similar tools, users retain ownership of all documents and files
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party API changes.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

These Terms are violated

Platform policies are breached
-
Required by law or regulation
Users may terminate their account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

One-ERP Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party platforms
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
